Account Registration and Security

For mobile wallet transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, confirmation typically occurs within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. tk977 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges independently of tk977. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. tk977 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the registered account holder's name, tk977 reserves the right to return the deposit and request clarification before crediting the funds.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to submit proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership. Processing times vary by payment method — mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically completed within one to three business days following approval of the withdrawal request. Bank transfers may take three to five business days. tk977 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking partners, or technical issues outside our direct control.
Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible, as a standard anti-money-laundering measure. Bonus and Promotional Terms

Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited Activities

Account Suspension and Closure
tk977 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that a player has violated any provision of these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or deceptive conduct, poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or its other users, or where continued operation of the account would expose tk977 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via the registered email address and given a reasonable opportunity to respond to any concerns raised, except where notification would compromise the investigation or where the conduct is sufficiently serious to warrant immediate permanent closure. During a suspension period, the player may not access their account, place wagers, or make withdrawals.
Voluntary Account Closure

Effect of Closure
